代谢综合征患者脉搏波传导速度、尿β2微球蛋白及血清胱抑素C的相关性分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察代谢综合征(MS)患者脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)、尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)及血清胱抑素C(CyS-C)的变化以及三者在评价早期肾功能损害方面的相关性。方法 共选择80例研究对象,其中MS患者和健康对照各40例,分别测定baPWV、尿β2-MG、血清CyS-C以及肾功能、血糖、血脂,体重指数(BMI)等指标,并估算肾小球率过滤(eGFR),观察两组间各指标有无差别,并分析baPWV与评价肾功能损害的各项指标间的相关性。结果 MS患者baPWV、尿β2-MG、血清CyS-C、血糖、血脂、尿酸、BMI值明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),eGFR值明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而血尿素氮、肌酐值无显著性差异;同时发现baPWV与尿β2-MG、血清CyS-C有显著相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 代谢综合征患者动脉可发生弹性减退,僵硬度增加,baPWV与评价早期肾功能损害的指标尿β2-MG、血清CyS-C等具有显著相关性,提示动脉僵硬度增加可能导致早期的肾功能损害。

    The Correlation Analysis of baPWV、Urinary β2-MG and Serum Cys-C in Patients with Metabolic Syndrome

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the changes of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV),urinary β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),serum cystatin C(Cys-C) in patients with metabolic sydrome(MS),and correlation of them in evaluing the early renal damage. Methods A total of 80 objects was divided into MS group(40 cases) and health controls group(40 cases),the baPWV,urinary β2-MG,serum Cys-C and BUN,CREA,UA,blood glucose(GLU),cholesterol(CHOI),Body mass index (BMI),were measured,estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was calculated and compared between two groups. And analysed the correlation of baPWV with the other variou indexes of renal impairment. Results The value of baPWV,urinaryβ2-MG,serum Cys-C,GLU,CHOI,UA,BMI in MS group were higher then the controls group(P<0.05 or P<0.01), eGFR was lower then the controls group(P<0.01),while there were no differences between two groups in BUN and CREA. baPWV was positively correlation with urinaryβ2-MG and serum Cys-C(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion MS is associated with artery elasticity decline,stiffness increasted,and the baPWV is positively correlation with urinaryβ2-MG and serum Cys-C ......
