[摘要] 目的 研究复方甘草酸苷注射液对湿疹患者外周血T细胞亚群、IgE水平及嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数的影响。方法 120例湿疹患者按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组60例，对照组给予10%葡萄糖酸钙注射液，治疗组给予复方甘草酸苷注射液，持续应用4周后，对两组的总体疗效、治疗前后T淋巴细胞、IgE水平及外周血EOS计数进行分析和评价。结果 治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(95.00% vs 81.67%)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.175，P<0.05)；与治疗前比较，两组患者外周血CD4+明显增加，CD8+明显减少，CD4+/CD8+比值增加，IgE水平和EOS计数明显减少，治疗组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。 结论 复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗湿疹效果显著，可有效改善患者的免疫功能，加快患者康复。

The Influence of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection on Cellular Immunity Function of Eczema Patients

[Abstract] Objective To study the influence of compound glycyrrhizin injection for T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood， the level of IgE and EOS. Methods 120 cases of eczema patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group， 60 cases for each. The patients of control group were given 10% calcium gluconate injection and patients of treatment group were given compound glycyrrhizin injection. After 4 weeks， the total effect， T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment， the level of IgE and EOS were analyzed and evaluated in two groups. Results Total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group (95.00% vs. 81.67%) and there was significant difference (χ2=5.175， P<0.05). The CD4+ of peripheral blood had risen significantly， CD8+ had reduced significantly and the ratio of CD4+/CD8 + was increased than before the treatment. The improvement of treatment group was more significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin injection has excellent results in treatment of eczema. It can improve the cellular immunity function and accelerate rehabilitation for eczema patients.
