替米沙坦对原发性高血压患者血压、左心室重构及血管弹性的影响(1)

[摘要] 目的 研究替米沙坦对原发性高血压患者的降压作用以及对左心室重构和血管弹性功能的改善作用。 方法 本院心内科2009年6月～2010年7月就诊的原发性高血压患者80例随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组患者服用硝苯地平缓释片，治疗组患者服用替米沙坦片，疗程均为6个月。测量治疗前后两组患者的血压、左心室重构以及血管弹性相关指标。 结果 治疗前两组患者的血压、左心室重构以及血管弹性相关指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，经治疗后两组患者的血压、左心室重构以及血管弹性相关指标均显著改变(P<0.01)，且组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 替米沙坦对原发性高血压患者具有显著的降压作用，并且可以改善左心室构造和血管弹性。

Effect of Telmisartan on Blood Pressure，Left Ventricular Remodeling and Vascular Elasticity in Patients with Essential Hypertension

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of telmisartan on blood pressure，left ventricular remodeling and vascular Elasticity in Patients with essential hypertension. Methods 80 patients with essential hypertension who visited cardiology department in our hospital from June 2009 to July 2010 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Cases in control group received Nifedipine Sustained release Tablets， and cases in treatment group received Telmisartan Tablets. Duration of treatment was 6 months. Blood pressure and the parameters of left ventricular remodeling and vascular elasticity were measured in both groups before and after treatment. Results Blood pressure and the parameters of left ventricular remodeling and vascular elasticity were not different in statistic in both groups before treatment (P>0.05). Blood pressure and the parameters of left ventricular remodeling and vascular elasticity in both groups were significantly changed after treatment (P<0.01). Blood pressure and the parameters of left ventricular remodeling and vascular elasticity in treatment group were significantly different from those in control group after treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion Telmisartan has effect of lowering blood pressure and improving left ventricular remodeling and vascular elasticity.
