哺乳动物肌动蛋白调节蛋白在肿瘤进展和转移中的作用(1)

     [摘要] 哺乳动物肌动蛋白调节蛋白enabled (Mena)是近年来发现的新基因,在多种肿瘤中过表达。Mena与细胞运动性和黏附性的调节相关。Mena的过表达诱导细胞膜突起和增加肿瘤细胞对基质的降解活性,增加体内癌细胞的细胞能动性,促进癌细胞的侵袭和转移。本文对其生化结构、在正常和肿瘤组织中的表达定位以其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用研进行综述。

    The Role of Mena in Tumor Progression and Metastasis

    [Abstract] The mammalian actin binding protein enabled (Mena), is the recent discovery of new genes in a variety of tumors overexpressed. Mena in cell motility and regulation of adhesion-related. Mena overexpression induces cell membrane protrusions and increased tumor cell matrix degradation activity, increased in vivo activity of cancer cells to promote cancer cell invasion and metastasis. Its biochemical structure of this paper, in normal and tumor tissues positioning, known for its role in tumor development in the study are reviewed. ......
