[摘要] 目的 了解老年糖尿病(DM)患者血液中血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯的代谢水平。方法 用日立7060全自动生化分析仪检测本院体检老人的空腹血糖、总胆固醇和甘油三酯，评价糖尿病患者和非糖尿病人群的血糖、总胆固醇和甘油三酯代谢水平。结果 糖尿病患者结果和非糖尿病人群相比较，差异有统计学意义。糖尿病和非糖尿病人群的总胆固醇异常人数没太大的差异，但甘油三酯异常的人数差异明显。糖尿病患者的TC、TG显著同时升高。结论 老年糖尿病患者血糖升高的同时脂类的代谢也受到严重影响，平时在监测血糖的同时进行脂类的检测、在降糖的同时进行降脂，对治疗糖尿病有很大的帮助。

Analysis of Serum Total Cholesterol and Triglyceride Levels in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the levels of blood glucose， total cholesterol and triglycerides in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods The blood levels of fasting blood glucose， total cholesterol and triglycerides were examined with a Hitachi 7060 automatic biochemical analyzer for evaluation of metabolic differences in diabetic and non-diabetic patients. Results The results of diabetic patients and non-diabetic population had statistically different. Abnormal total cholesterol numbers of diabetic and non-diabetic populations did not have much difference， but the numbers of abnormal triglycerides had obvious difference. TC， TG also increased significantly in diabetic patients. Conclusion Elderly patients with diabetes blood sugar metabolism of lipids， while also severely affected， usually at the same time monitoring of blood glucose testing lipids， lipid-lowering in blood glucose at the same time， the treatment of diabetes is very helpful.

老年性糖尿病是危害老年人健康的常见疾病之一，脂代谢异常是其常见的并发症，而血脂异常与高血压是心血管病变的主要危险因素。因此，监测糖尿病患者的血脂异常情况以及分析血脂异常与糖尿病慢性并发症的关系十分重要。为了探讨老年人糖尿病患者的脂类代谢异常情况，本文对150例糖尿病患者总胆固醇、甘油三酯进行检测分析，并与非糖尿病人群作比较，现报道如下。
