超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块与开放手术的疗效比较(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块与开放手术的疗效。方法 对70例112处乳腺良性肿块在超声引导下进行麦默通微创旋切术(观察组)，另选择同期行传统开放手术的52例91处乳腺良性肿块作为对照组。结果 两组患者的乳腺肿块均完整切除。观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后愈合时间和术后瘢痕大小均明显少于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组并发症的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后超声随访3～30个月，均未发现乳腺内残留病灶。结论 超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后恢复快和创伤小、并发症少等优点，是年轻女性，特别是多发性乳腺肿块患者首选的治疗方法。

The Comparison of Curative Effect of Ultrasound-guided Mammotome System in the Removal of Benign Breast Lumps with Open Operation

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the curative effect of ultrasound-guided mammotome system in the removal of benign breast lumps and open operation. Methods One hundred and twelve breast mass in 70 patients were performed by ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system as observing group，and 91 breast mass in 52 patients underwent traditional open operation as control group. Results All of breast lumps were resected completely. The incision time，blood lose during the operation，coalesced time after operation and the size of the postoperative scar of the observing group were significantly less than that of control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). There was no difference in the postoperation complication of the two groups(P>0.05). With post-operative follow up from 3～30 months，no operative residual breast lesions were found by the ultrasound examination. Conclusion It is short-time，less-blood-loss， quick-reablement，minimally-invasive and little-complication to resect benign breast mass by ultrasound guide mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system. It is an optimal method for thepatient with multiple breast lumps，especially for young women.

乳房肿块是常见的乳腺疾病，传统的乳房肿块切除术，手术创伤较大，术后往往留有多处疤痕，部分导致乳房畸形，影响外观[1]。近年来乳腺肿块的微创切除术已成为现代乳腺外科的新问题[2]。我院2008年6月～2010年12月对70例112处乳腺良性肿块进行超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术，并选择同期行传统开放手术的52例91处乳腺良性肿块作比较，现报道如下。
