控制性液体复苏对严重骨盆骨折患者血清细胞因子的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察控制性液体复苏对严重骨盆骨折患者血清细胞因子的影响。方法 将52例严重骨盆骨折患者随机分为常规复苏组和控制复苏组,对两组患者分别于入院时、手术止血前两个时间点采集外周静脉血各1次,检测血清标本的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10等细胞因子含量,并记录两组的复苏时间。结果 常规液体复苏组和控制液体复苏组手术前的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10含量明显高于入院时,差异有统计学意义;常规液体复苏组手术前的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8含量明显高于控制液体复苏组手术前含量,IL-10的含量低于控制液体复苏组手术前的含量;但控制液体复苏组的液体复苏时间要明显小于常规液体复苏组。结论 控制性液体复苏时间短,炎性细胞释放细胞因子较常规液体复苏少,提高抢救成功率。

    Influence of Controlled Fluid Resuscitation on the Serum Cytokine in the Patients Suffered from Serious Palvic Fracture

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence of controlled fluid resuscitation on the serum cytokine in the patients suffered from serious palvic fracture. MethodsAll 52 patients suffered from serious palvic fracture were randomly divided into routine resuscitation group and controlled resuscitation group,those peripheral vein was respectively drawed after admission to hospital and before operation,the cytokine level of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 were measured and the resuscitation time of two groups was recorded. Results Level of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10 before operation were significantly higher than those after admission to hospital both in the routine resuscitation group and controlled resuscitation group,and the difference had statistic significance;the level of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8 before opeation in the routine resuscitation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled resuscitation,but the level of IL-10 before operation was lower than that in the controlled resuscitation group. However,the resuscitation time in controlled resuscitaion group was significantly shorter than that in routine resuscitation. Conclusion It cost shorter time to do fluid resuscitation controlly,and the inflammatory cells in controlled resuscitaion release less cytokine than that in routine fluid resuscitation,so controlled fluid resuscitation can improve the rate of rescuing successfully ......
