欣母沛联合葡萄糖酸钙用于剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的疗效研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察欣母沛联合葡萄糖酸钙用于剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的疗效。方法将2009年1月～2010年1月住院治疗入选本研究的80例剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组两组，每组各40例，对照组单纯给予缩宫素，观察组给予欣母沛注射液联合葡萄糖酸钙，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组手术时间、术中及术后出血量明显少于对照组， P<0.01；观察组恶露干净时间明显短于对照组，观察组发生产褥感染率、术后切口感染及盆腔感染等并发症的发生率明显低于对照组，P<0.05。结论欣母沛联合葡萄糖酸钙用于剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术中可以缩短手术时间，减少术中及术后出血量，降低并发症的发生率，值得推广和应用。

Carboprost Tromethamine Joint Calcium Gluconate for Cesarean Simultaneously Myomectomy

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of carboprost tromethaminecombined calcium gluconate for cesarean section simultaneously myomectomy. MethodsAll 80 casescesarean section uterine myomectomy were randomly divided into two groups，and40 patients of the control group were given oxytocin,the observation group were given carboprost tromethamine injection and calcium gluconate,and to compare the therapeutic effects. Results The operative time, intraoperative and postoperative bleeding of the obser-vation was significantly less than the control group, P<0.01; Lochia clean of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, the observation group which occurred puerperal infection, postoperative wound infection and pelvic infection other complications were significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05. ConclusionCarboprost tromethamine joint calcium gluconate for cesarean section simultaneously myomectomy can shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of intraoperative and postoperative bleeding and reduce the incidence of complications, should be promoted and applied.

妇产科临床中剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除近年来较常见，此两种手术同时进行会增加术中的出血量，而临床常用的止血方法其效果不佳，致使手术危险性增加，因此术中采取合适的止血药物，同时促使子宫收缩是确保手术顺利进行及取得较好的疗效的重要手段之一。本文将我院2009年1月～2010年1月入选本研究的80例剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并观察其中40例应用欣母沛联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗的疗效情况，现报道如下。
