MGB-2在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及其与化疗耐药的相关性研究*(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨卵巢上皮性癌组织中乳球蛋白-2(mammaglobin-2,MGB-2)的表达及其与卵巢癌化疗耐药的关系及临床意义。方法 73例卵巢癌患者根据临床治疗情况分为化疗耐药组(25例)与非耐药组(48例),采用免疫组化法测定两组癌组织中MGB-2的表达,并探讨其与化疗耐药的关系;采用多因素Logistic回归分析法探讨卵巢癌患者的年龄、手术病理分期、病理类型及分级、残留灶直径、化疗方案及三者的表达与卵巢癌化疗耐药的关系。 结果 MGB-2的阳性表达率显示:耐药组为96%(24/25),明显高于非耐药组[68%(33/48)](P<0.01);多因素分析显示:MGB-2表达与卵巢癌的手术病理分期均为与耐药及预后相关的独立危险因素。结论 卵巢癌组织中MGB-2的高表达是卵巢癌化疗耐药及预后差的危险因素。

    Immunohistochemical Expression of MGB-2 in Ovarian Epithelial Carcinoma and Its Correlation with Drug Resistance of Chemotherapy

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the possible correlation between the expression of MGB-2 in tumor tissues and the response to patients with ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Methods Seventy-three patients were divided into drug resistant group (n=25) and drug sensitive group(n=48).The antigens of MGB-2 in ovarian cancer tissues were tested by immunohistochemistry. Logistic regression was employed to analyze the correlation between drug resistance and factors including patients′age,clinical stage,pathological degree and type of tumors, chemotherapy methods,operative results and the expression of MGB-2 in tumors. The disease prognosis was analyzed by multivariate COX regression. Results In the drug resistance group, the expressions of MGB-2 were significantly higher than the drug sensitive group(P=0.008). According to multivariate analysis,the expression of MGB-2 and clinical stage were independent factors correlate with drug resistance and disease prognosis for the patients with ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Conclusion The high expressions of MGB-2 in ovarian epithelial carcinoma are risk factor for drug resistance and poor disease prognosis.
