XE-2100血液分析仪两种血小板测定方法对血液病患者血小板计数的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 通过XE-2100血液分析仪电阻抗法(PLT-I法)和荧光染色激光散色法(PLT-O法)检测血液病患者血小板数量,探讨两种方法对血液病患者血小板计数的准确性。方法 以50例健康者和150例血液病患者的外周血为研究对象,采用XE-2100血液分析仪PLT-I法、PLT-O法和显微镜法同时测定血小板,以显微镜法结果为参考。结果 健康者用PLT-I法和PLT-O法测定血小板与显微镜法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血液病患者PLT-O法测定血小板与显微镜法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05), 但PLT-I法测定血小板与显微镜法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 XE-2100血液分析仪在测定血液病患者的血小板时,用PLT-O法有较好的准确性。

    The Impact of Platelet Counting Setected by XE-2100 Automatic Hematology Analyzer in Hematological Patients

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the accuracy of electric impedance (PLT-I) method and optical (PLT-O) method for platelets counting by XE-2100 hematology analyzer in hematological patients. Methods The blood samples from 50 healthy person and 150 hematological patients were collected for platelet counting. The platelet of these samples were simultaneously assayed by PLT-I method and PLT-O method with reference to manual counting. Results When the blood from healthy person was assayed by PLT-I method and the determination of platelet PLT-O, the result of platelet counting was not significant different in comparison with manual counting(P>0.05). When the blood from hematological patients was assayed by PLT-I method and PLT-O,the result of platelet counting by PLT-O method was no significant different compared with manual counting(P>0.05), whereas the result of platelet counting by PLT-I method was significantly different compared with manual counting (P<0.05). Conclusion Blood platelets from hematological patients were assayed by XE-2100 hematology analyzer; PLT-O method has a good accuracy.
