[摘要] 目的 探讨胃间质瘤良性和恶性不同超声表现。方法 搜集2006年5月～2010年12月收治的12例患者超声检查结果，并与手术结果及临床病理对照。结果 12例患者中良性胃间质瘤7例，恶性5例。超声定位诊断12例，诊断符合率100%。结论 良性胃间质瘤和恶性胃间质瘤超声表现不同，超声诊断能对典型胃间瘤做出诊断，并为临床提供更多的诊断信息。
