[摘要] 目的 评价超声造影诊断心脏占位性病变的价值。方法 对21例心脏占位性病变确诊患者进行超声造影检查并对时间-强度曲线进行分析。结果 常规超声心动图对5例肿物良、恶性无法判断，造影增强及TIC分析诊断7例血栓、11例良性肿瘤及3例恶性肿瘤，与病理及临床诊断相一致。结论 超声造影诊断心脏占位性病变能够较准确地诊断心脏占位性病变的性质，为临床诊治判断提供依据，其准确性仍需进一步研究。
