小儿肺炎支原体感染与咳嗽变异性哮喘发病关系的临床研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨小儿肺炎支原体(MP)感染与咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)发病的关系。方法 选择66例CVA患儿为观察组,60例上呼吸道感染患儿为对照组,检测血清肺炎支原体IgM(MP-IgM)抗体、外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数和血清总IgE,比较两组MP-IgM及观察组MP-IgM阳性和阴性患儿的外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数和血清总IgE。观察组MP-IgM阳性患儿予阿奇霉素治疗。结果 观察组MP-IgM阳性率为36.36%(24/66),显著高于对照组11.67%(7/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组MP-IgM阳性CVA患儿的血清总IgE水平和外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数均明显高于MP-IgM阴性CVA患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组MP-IgM阳性患儿治疗有效率为95.83%。 结论 MP感染是CVA发生的危险因素,MP可能诱发并加重CVA,两者间生物学机制仍有待进一步研究,加用大环内酯类的药物进行治疗,效果显著。

    Relationship between Mycoplasma Pneumonia Infection and Cough Variant Asthma in Children

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between mycoplasma pneumonia infection and cough variant asthma (CVA) in children. Methods Sixty-six children with CVA were selected as the experiment group and sixty children with upper respiratory tract infection as the control group. The MP-IgM, eosnophils of peripheral blood and total serum IgE level were determined. Compared the MP-IgM of both groups ,and the eosnophils of peripheral blood and total serum IgE between the MP-IgM positive and negative children of experiment group. Gave the azithromycin to treat the children with MP-IgM positive and CVA. Results The positive rate for MP-IgM was 36.36%(24/66)in experiment group and 11.67%(7/60)in the control group. The difference was significant (P<0.05). The total MP-IgM was markedly higher in MP-IgM positive CVA children than in MP-IgM negative CVA children. The effective rate was 95.83%. Conclusion The MP is the risk factor of CVA, would aggravate CVA, but the biological mechanisms of both need more research and the treatment should combined with macrolides for more significant efficacy.
