胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者行腹腔镜修补术的近期疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的探讨胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者行腹腔镜修补术的近期疗效。方法将我院住院治疗的100例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者的病例资料进行收集整理，其中选择腹腔镜穿孔修补术的58例设立为腹腔镜组，传统开腹胃十二指肠溃疡修补术42例设立为开腹组，比较两组的手术时间、出血量、 术后下床活动时间、术后镇痛率及并发症、住院时间等观察指标的差异。结果与开腹组比较，腹腔镜的手术时间、术中出血量少于开腹组，术后下床活动时间、住院时间均短于开腹组，术后腹腔镜组采取术后镇痛比率低于开腹组，腹腔镜术后无一例并发症发生，其并发症发生率明显低于开腹组，差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡修补术疗效优于开腹手术，具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、患者胃肠功能恢复快、术后镇痛率低及住院时间短、术后并发症少等优点，值得推广和应用。

The Contrastive Analysis between Laparoscopic Appendectomy and Open Appendectomy

[Abstract] Objective To explore short-term effect ofgastric ulcer perforation in patients undergoing laparoscopic repair. MethodsAll 100 casesgastric ulcer perforation in patients with clinical data were collected， of which options laparoscopic perforation repair 58 cases of the establishment of the laparoscopic group， traditional open gastric ulcer repair in 42 cases to establish the laparotomy group， two groups were compared operative time，blood loss， postoperative ambulation time， postoperative pain and complications rates， length of stay and other indicators of the differences observed. Results Compared with laparotomy， laparoscopic group’s surgery time， less blood loss in the laparotomy group， postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay were shorter than the laparotomy group， postoperative analgesia after laparoscopic group to take ratio was lower than the laparotomy group， laparoscopic surgery with no complications occurred， the complication rate was significantly lower than the open appendectomy group， the differences were significant(P<0.05). ConclusionLaparoscopic repair of gastric ulcer surgery is more effective than open surgery， with shorter operative time， less blood loss， faster recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients， postoperative pain， shorter hospital stay low level， fewer complications， etc，and itshould be promoted and applied.
