[摘要] 目的 探讨参苓白术散合补中益气汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。方法 选取我科室2008年6月～2010年6月确诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者56例，随机分为观察组(参苓白术散合补中益气汤)和对照组(西药)各28例，两组均给予常规对症及支持治疗。治疗3个疗程后，应用统计学方法观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率(82.1%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(64.3%)(P<0.05)，观察组的临床症状如血便、便中黏液及肠黏膜的糜烂或溃疡等消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 参苓白术散合补中益气汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有较好的临床效果，能明显改善患者的临床症状，且无明显不良反应，值得推广和应用。

The Effect of Shenlingbaizhu Powder Combining with Buzhongyiqi Decoction on Ulcerative Colitis

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder combining with Buzhongyiqi Decoction on ulcerative colitis. Methods Fifty-sixpatients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into observation group(Shenling Baizhu Powder combining Buzhongyiqi decoction)and control group(western medicine)each 28 cases from June 2008 to June 2010, and both were given conventional symptomatic and supportive treatment. The therapeutic effect of both groups were observed and compared after 3-month treatment by using statistical methods. Results The total effective rate(82.1%)was significantly higher than that in control group(64.3%)(P<0.05) and clinical symptoms in observation group such as bloody stools, mucus, and the heal time of erosion/ulcer in intestinal mucosa were significantly shorter than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenlingbaizhu Powder combining Buzhongyiqi Decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms of ulcerative colitis with a good clinical effect. There are no significant adverse reactions, and it should be promoted and applied in treatment.

溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis, UC)中医上属“泄泻”、“五更泄”等范畴。目前临床上西医治疗多采用抗炎、保护肠黏膜等药物，但达不到满意的治疗效果。近年来文献报道，应用中药治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有较好疗效。笔者于 2008年6月～2010年6月应用参苓白术散合补中益气汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎26例，获得较好疗效。本文将参苓白术散合补中益气汤二者联合应用治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果总结分析如下。
