[摘要]目的观察复位后中立位固定2周后改旋后位固定治疗粉碎性Colles骨折的临床疗效。方法100例粉碎性Colles骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例，观察两组患者整复前后的腕部影像学指标(掌倾角、尺倾角、侧方和短缩移位)。结果两组患者治疗后，治疗组影像学指标改善较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期中立位固定，2周后改为旋后位固定治疗粉碎性Colles骨折的疗效确切。
