Livin蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌组织芯片中的表达及临床意义(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨Livin蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织芯片中的表达及临床意义。方法 免疫组化S-P法检测70例BTCC组织芯片标本中Livin蛋白的表达,并探讨其与患者的临床病理特征的关系。另选择30例正常的膀胱黏膜组织作对照。结果 BTCC组织中Livin蛋白的阳性率明显高于正常膀胱黏膜组织(χ2=36.51,P<0.01)。BTCC组织中Livin蛋白的表达与肿瘤数量、转移与否、病理分级及临床分期无明显关系(P>0.05),与肿瘤的初发和复发密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 Livin基因参与BTCC的发生、发展和复发过程,可作为BTCC早期诊断和复发风险评估的一项重要指标,有望成为BTCC基因诊断和治疗的新靶点。

    The Expression of Livin Protein in Bladder Transitional Cell Carcinoma Tissue Microarray and Its Clinical Significance

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of Livin protein in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC) tissue microarray and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Livin protein in 70 cases of BTCC tissue microarray samples and to explore its relationship with clinical pathological features. Another 30 cases of normal bladder mucosal tissues were chosen as the control group. Results The expression of Livin protein in BTCC tissues was significantly higher than that in the normal bladder mucosa(χ2=36.51,P<0.01). There was no significant relationship between the expression of Livin protein in BTCC tissues and the number of tumors,metastasis or not, pathological grade and clinical stage(P>0.05),while it had a close relation with the initiation and recurrence of tumor(P<0.05). Conclusion Livin gene gets involved in the occurrence,development and relapse of BTCC. It can be taken as an important indicator for early diagnosis and recurrence risk assessment of BTCC,and can be expected to become a new gene target for diagnosis and treatment of BTCC.

    凋亡抑制是肿瘤发生、发展的重要作用机制,凋亡途径的调节紊乱及相关基因的表达失调,都会导致肿瘤的发生与发展,且几乎所有的化疗药物都诱导细胞凋亡来杀死肿瘤细胞。Livin是近年来新发现的一种凋亡抑制蛋白,特异性表达于人的胚胎组织以及大多数人类实体瘤组织,这种异常的表达与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移甚至预后相关[1]。本研究采用免疫组化S-P法检测Livin蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织芯片中的表达,并探讨其与患者的临床病理特征的关系。现报道如下 ......
