沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究和分析沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的疗效及作用机制,为慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的治疗方法提供依据。方法 选取我院2008年6月~2010年6月收治住院的76例COPD患者进行研究,随机分为研究组40例和对照组36例,两组分别进行不同的药物干预,比较两组治疗效果。结果 两组治疗3h后,研究组的咳嗽、喘息及肺部哮鸣音的消失率分别为80.0%、85.0%和90.0%,分别高于对照组的50.0%、52.8%和47.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的肺功能指标FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF治疗后均较对照组改善更明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效确切,雾化吸入操作简便,能明显改善患者的咳嗽、喘息等临床症状,且对肺功能也有明显改善,治疗过程中未出现明显不良反应。

    The Clinical Research of Salbutamol Aerosol Inhalation in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Acute Exacerbation

    [Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the efficacy and mechanism on Salbutamol aerosol inhalation in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with acute exacerbation,and provide a basis for therapeutic method. Methods Selected 76 cases of COPD studied in the hospital from June 2008 to June 2010, which were randomly divided into study group of 40 patients and control group of 36 patients. Respectively for different drug intervention and compared the treatment effect. Results After 3h treatment, coughing,wheezing and lung wheeze disappearance rate of study group were 80.0%,85.0% and 90.0%,which were higher than 50.0%, 52.8% and 47.2% of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Lung function FEV1, FEV1/FVC and PEF after treatment of study group improved more significantly than in the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Salbutamol aerosol inhalation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation is effective. Aerosol inhalation is simple and can significantly improve the patient's coughing, wheezing and other symptoms.
