[摘要] 目的 探讨碘普罗胺动态子宫输卵管造影术在子宫输卵管源性不孕症诊断中的价值。方法 不孕症妇女210例，年龄19～43岁，平均31岁。月经干净后3～7d，在数字胃肠机下进行子宫输卵管造影，观察分析宫腔及输卵管形态。结果 发现子宫畸形6例，输卵管积水扩张156例。其中双角子宫5例，单角子宫1例；输卵管轻度积水18例，中度积水76例，重度积水62例。所有病例均未出现严重的过敏反应。结论 碘普罗胺动态子宫输卵管造影可清晰显示宫腔及输卵管形态，为子宫输卵管源性不孕症的有效的检查方法。

    Dynamic Hysterosalpignography with Lopromide：A Clinical Analysis of 210 Cases

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the value of dynamic Hysterosalpignography with Lopromide on the infertility caused by tubal obstruction. Methods All of 210 cases of infertility with patients aged 19 to 43 years old(mean 31)were enrolled. After 3-7d of the menstrual clean, they recieved metrosalpingography under digital gastrointestinal. The datum were analysed. Results Six cases with uterine malformation and 156 cases with hydrosalpinx were found, including 18 cases of mild degree hydrosalpinx, 76 cases moderate degree and 62 cases of serious degree. Conclusion Dynamic hysterosalpignography with lopromide could demonstrate modality of uterus and uterine tube. It is a effective method to diagnose the infertility caused by tubal obstruction. ......
