振阳汤治疗不同肾虚证型阳痿的临床观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨振阳汤治疗不同肾虚证型阳痿(ED)的临床疗效及作用机理。 方法 选择符合ED诊断标准的患者280例，中医辨证以肾虚为主(肝郁肾虚证、肾虚血瘀证、肝郁肾虚兼血瘀证、肾虚湿热证)，随机分为两组。治疗组140例，采用中药汤剂振阳汤治疗；对照组140例，采用健阳胶囊治疗。1个月为1疗程，治疗2～3个疗程后观察疗效。记录患者治疗前后中医临床症状积分、国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)评分。 结果 两组之间疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后治疗组4个证型症状总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组IIEF-5评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 振阳汤能显著改善不同肾虚证型ED患者的症状总积分和IIEF-5评分，对不同肾虚证型ED均有较好疗效，提示振阳汤通过多个途径发挥治疗ED的作用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect and therapeutic mechanism of Zhenyang decoction in treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) syndromes due to kidney deficiency syndromes. Methods All of 280 ED patients were randomly divided into two groups, and the differentiation for syndrome classification were the kidney deficiency (4 types including: liver qi stagnation and kidney deficiency, kidney deficiency and blood stasis, liver qi stagnation and kidney deficiency and stagnation and blood stasis, kidney deficiency and the hot and humid) . The therapeutic group (140 cases) were treated with Zhenyang decoction and the control group (140 cases) were treated with Jianyang capsule. 1 month for a course, and both groups were treated for 2-3 months. The changes of the scores of clinical symptoms and the international indexes of erectile function-5 (IIEF-5) were observed before and after treatment.
