[摘要] 目的 探讨加味桃红四物汤治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。 方法 2006年1月～2011年1月在我院就诊的视网膜静脉阻塞的患者82例(82眼)，随机分为两组。其中实验组41例(41眼)，给予加味桃红四物汤治疗，并根据其个体情况不同调整药方；对照组41例(41眼)，给予丹参注射液及银杏达莫注射液进行治疗。观察记录两组患者视力、视野及眼底出血吸收情况，并对数据应用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计学分析。 结果 ①实验组与对照组治疗后1、2及3个月时视力情况分别比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；②实验组与对照组治疗后1、2及3个月时视野情况分别比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；③实验组与对照组治疗后1、2及3个月时眼底出血吸收情况的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 加味桃红四物汤在治疗视网膜静脉阻塞中具有明显的临床疗效。

The clinical research of the treatment of the retinal vein obstruction by Modifed Taohong Siwu Decoction

[Abstract] Objettive To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of retinal vein obstruction by modifed Taohongsiwu decoction. Methods The patients of the retinal vein obstruction from January 2006 to January 2011 were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group have 41 examples, treated by modifed Taohong Siwu Decoction. The control group have 41 examples, treated by the injection of Danshen and Yinxing Damo. The vision, the vision field and the hemorrhage of the fundus were observed. Results ①The vision of two groups when 1 month, 2 month and 3 month after the treatment were analyzed respectively, which has statistical difference (P<0.05). ②The vision field of two groups when 1 month, 2 month and 3 month after the treatment were analyzed respectively, which has statistical difference (P<0.05). ③The hemorrhage of the fundus of two groups when 1 month, 2 month and 3month after the treatment were analyzed respectively, which has statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Modifed Taohongsiwu decoction has the clinical effect to treat the retinal vein obstruction.
