[摘要] 目的 对比分析应用电视胸腔镜与开胸手术方法治疗重症肌无力的疗效，从而为重症肌无力手术治疗方法的选择提供进一步的指导依据。 方法 选择2008年1月～2010年1月在我院应用电视胸腔镜手术治疗的22例重症肌无力患者设为观察组，另选择同期应用开胸手术治疗的20例重症肌无力患者作为对照组，对比分析两组的手术效果。 结果 观察组的缓解率(完全+部分)明显高于对照组，观察组的恶化率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后病理未见明显差异性。两组术后无一例出现出血、膈神经损伤及死亡病例，观察组术后出现肺部感染及发生肌无力危象比率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 VATS应用于重症肌无力具有安全、创伤小、恢复快和疗效可靠、并发症少等优点，疗效明显优于开胸手术，值得推广和应用。

[Abstract] Objective To compare the analytical applications and thoracic video-assisted thoracic surgical treatment of myasthenia gravis treatment, so as to surgical treatment of myasthenia gravis provide further guidance on the choice of basis. Methods Video-assisted thoracic surgical treatment of 22 patients with myasthenia gravis from January 2008 to January 2010 in our hospital set up in the observation group, choose another application over the same period 20 cases of thoracic surgery patients with myasthenia gravis as a control group, comparative analysis of two groups of surgical results. Results The response rate (complete parts) was significantly higher, the deterioration of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Two groups had no significant differences in pathology. No case of postoperative bleeding, phrenic nerve injury and deaths in the observation group and the occurrence of postoperative myasthenic crisis lung infection ratio was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion VATS used in myasthenia gravis is safe, less invasive, faster recovery and effective, reliable, fewer complications, significantly better than open heart surgery, which should be promoted and applied.
