     [摘要] 目的 检测p130、cullin-1和p53在子宫浆液性腺癌(USAC)中的表达,探讨其临床病理意义。 方法 全面手术病理分期的USACⅠ期病例10例,正常增生期子宫内膜组10例作为对照。检测p130、cullin-1和p53蛋白表达及mRNA水平。 结果 USAC病例组与正常增生期子宫内膜组相比,p130蛋白和p130 mRNA在USAC中的表达减少,而cullin-1蛋白和cullin-1 mRNA表达升高。 结论 USAC有独特的临床和病理特征,USAC中cullin-1蛋白和cullin-1 mRNA表达增加,以cullin-1为中心的SCF复合体介导的泛素-蛋白酶水解过程失活,可能与上述改变有关。USAC中p53蛋白表达增多,而p130蛋白和p130 mRNA表达减少,可能与USAC患者预后较差有关。

    [Abstract] Objective To examine the expression of cullin-1, p130 and p53 in uterine serous adenocarcinoma (USAC) and discuss their clinicopathologic features. Methods Ten cases of USAC as FIGO stage I with full surgical and pathologic stage were scolled up, controlled with 10 cases of normal endometium. The expression of p130, cullin-1 and p53 protein were determined immunochemically, and the level of p130 and cullin-1 mRNA was examined by real-time RT-PCR. Results Compared with the expression of protein and mRNA in USAC cases and normal controls, the expression of p130 protein and mRNA in USAC was decreased, meanwhile the expression of cullin-1 protein and mRNA in USAC increased. Conclusion USAC has a distinctive clinical and pathologic feature. There was an increased expression of cullin-1 protein and mRNA in USAC, and the SCF complex, which was centered by Cullin-1, might take part in the above changes ......
