一氧化氮合酶基因多态性与吉林省汉族人群冠心病的关系研究(2)

     本研究显示,吉林省汉族人群中冠心病组的TT+TG基因型显著高于对照组(OR = 2.02,95%CI:1.09~3.75;P < 0.05)。eNOS G894T基因型在两组中的分布差异有统计学意义。冠心病组的T等位基因频率亦显著高于对照组(OR = 1.96,95% CI:1.14~3.36;P < 0.05)。提示T等位基因可能是冠心病的遗传易感基因。更进一步证实中国人的eNOS基因多态性与冠心病有相关性。
