克氏针内固定加中药熏洗治疗掌指骨骨折术后功能恢复随访分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨克氏针内固定加中药熏洗治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效及对术后功能恢复的影响。 方法 收集我院手外科收治的掌指骨骨折患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均行切开复位克氏针内固定手术治疗，术后观察组在进行功能锻炼的同时配合中药熏洗治疗，对照组仅进行功能锻炼。术后随访6～12个月，比较两组术后关节功能恢复情况。结果 与对照组比较，观察组骨折愈合时间短(t = 5.48)，术后并发症发生率低(χ2=5.48)，住院时间短(t=5.48)，差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。根据Harris髋关节功能评分的标准评价两组术后手指功能恢复情况，观察组术后手指功能恢复优良率显著优于对照组(χ2=5.48，P < 0.05)。 结论 应用克氏针内固定治疗掌指骨骨折术后功能锻炼配合中药熏洗疗法的效果明显优于单纯术后功能锻炼，可以最大程度地恢复手指关节的功能。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of K-wire with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing on metacarpophalangeal fractures and impact on postoperative functional recovery. Methods In our hospital of 60 patients with metacarpophalangeal fractures were randomly divided into study group and control group, who were treated with K-wire.After operation, study group were treated with early postoperalive rehabilitation and Chinese herbal fumigation and washing, but control group were only treated with early postoperalive rehabilitation. Two groups were followed up for 6～12 months.The postoperative functional recovery of two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, fracture healing time and the time in hospital of study group were shorter, incidence of postoperative complications was low(P < 0.05). The postoperative recovery of study group were better than that of control group(χ2=5.48, P < 0.05). Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation and washing and postoperalive rehabilitation after fixation with K-wire are more effective than postoperalive rehabilitation alone, and it can maximize finger joint function ......
