[摘要] 目的 调查及了解宁波市成人高血压的发病情况，为高血压病防治提供科学依据。 方法 以宁波市江北区20~70岁的成年人2 650人为调查对象，对调查对象分别测量血压和检测胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖等指标。 结果 宁波市江北区有高血压病1074例，其中一级高血压424例，占高血压患者的39.4%；二级高血压387例，占36.0%；三级高血压263例，占24.4%。高血压患病率40.5%,男、女分别为70.5%和29.5%。50岁之前男性患病率显著高于女性。城区男性患病率高于农村男性。不论男女，高血压患病率均随年龄增长而增加。高血压家族史、超重和肥胖、不良生活习惯(抽烟、喝酒等)及高血脂与高血压密切相关。 结论 宁波市江北区高血压的发病率较高，应加强普及高血压知识，加强健康教育，积极推广安全有效的适宜技术，提高高血压防治水平，降低高血压的发病率。

Epidemiology investigation of hypertension in Ningbo city

[Abstract] Objective To investigate and understand the Ningbo City, the incidence of hypertension in adults, to provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of hypertension. Methods Jiangbei district, Ningbo city, adults aged 20 to 70 years 2650 people surveyed, the survey measured the blood pressure and test cholesterol, triglycerides, blood glucose and other indicators. Results Jiangbei District, Ningbo City, 1074 cases of hypertension, 424 cases in which a high blood pressure, accounting for 39.4% of hypertensive patients; two 387 cases, accounting for 36.0%; three 263 cases, accounting for 24.4%. 40.5% prevalence of hypertension, male and female were 70.5% and 29.5%. Before age 50 was significantly higher than male prevalence of women. Urban male prevalence in rural males. Both men and women, hypertension prevalence rates increased with age. Family history of hypertension, overweight and obesity, unhealthy living habits (smoking, drinking, etc.) and high cholesterol and hypertension are closely related. Conclusion Jiangbei district, Ningbo city, a higher prevalence of hypertension, high blood pressure should strengthen the popularization of knowledge, to enhance health education, and actively promote the safe and effective appropriate technology to improve the prevention and treatment of high blood pressure, reduce the incidence of hypertension.
