[摘要] 作为一种人工合成的非特异性阿片受体拮抗剂，纳洛酮能竞争性地阻断并取代阿片样物质与受体的结合，拮抗阿片肽产生所致的广泛病理生理效应。近年来，阿片肽在越来越多的疾病的病理过程被发现，因此纳洛酮的临床应用也越来越广泛。本文利用近年来纳洛酮临床应用的文献，综述纳洛酮临床应用最新进展。

    [Abstract] As a synthetic non-specific opioid receptor antagonist, nalxone can competitively block and replace the binding of opioids and receptor ,therefore, it can antagonize wide range of pathophysiological effects caused by opioid peptides in various state. In recent years, opioid peptides are found in pathological process of more and more disease. Due to this, clinical use of naloxne is more widely.
