超敏C反应蛋白与糖尿病肾病的相关性研究(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的相关性,旨在为DN的诊治提供进一步的理论支持。方法 将2009年1月~2010年1月在我院入院治疗的80例2型糖尿病患者(T2DM组)及同期来我院进行健康体检者30例作为健康对照组(且排除高血压、糖尿病、 肝炎、泌尿系感染等)纳入本研究。根据24h尿微量白蛋白(urinary albumin,MAU)将T2DM 患者分为三组:单纯糖尿病组(MAU <30 mg/24 h)25例(SDM组);早期糖尿病肾病MAU组 [MAU(30~300) mg/24 h] 30例(EDN组);临床糖尿病肾病(MAU>300 mg/24 h)组25例(CDN组)。检测各组的hs-CRP、HbA1C、Cr表达水平,并进行相关性分析。 结果 EDN组、CDN组的hs-CRP、HbA1C、Cr均分别明显高于正常对照组,且CDN组hs-CRP、HbA1C、Cr明显高于EDN组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。DN患者hs-CRP 与HbA1C、Cr存在正相关(r = 0.286,0.332,P < 0.05)。 结论 超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与HbA1C、Cr从不同途径参与了糖尿病肾病的发生发展过程,因此临床通过监测hs-CRP水平对于判断DN的病情及诊治具有重要的临床指导价值。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and diabetic nephropathy (diabetic nephropathy, DN),and to diagnosis and treatment of DN is designed to provide further theoretical support. Methods January 2009 to January 2010 in our hospital, 80 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM group) and to our hospital for the same period 30 patients healthy as healthy control group (and exclude hypertension, diabetes , hepatitis, urinary tract infection, etc.) included in the study.
