[摘要] 目的 了解女性宫颈炎患者支原体感染的现状和药敏情况，为治疗宫颈炎支原体感染抗生素的使用提供临床理论依据。 方法 采用美国其昌达生物高科技有限公司提供的支原体体外诊断试剂盒，对妇科门诊360例宫颈炎患者的宫颈分泌物进行支原体培养和药物敏感性检测。 结果 360例宫颈炎患者中193例患者支原体培养阳性，阳性率为53.61%，其中解脲支原体(UU)阳性者141例，人型支原体(MH)阳性者37例，UU和MH混合感染阳性者15例。支原体药敏结果显示：支原体对13种抗生素敏感性高的是强力霉素、美满霉素(敏感率为89.3%和85.2%)。 结论 宫颈炎患者中支原体感染率明显上升，本地区以UU感染最常见，可首选强力霉素、美满霉素，对提高支原体感染的治愈率具有重要意义。

[Abstract] Objective To understand women cervicitis patients mycoplasma infection, present situation and drug susceptibility for clinical doctors in the treatment of cervical disease mycoplasma infection of antibiotic use provides the choice theory reference and basis. Methods Used the QUICK DA BIOLOGY HIG-TECH (Shanghai) Co., LTD provided the mycoplasma in vitro diagnostic kit is for gynecology clinic, 360 cases of patients with cervical disease of cervical secretion for mycoplasma training and drug sensitivity test. Results All of 360 cases of patients with cervical disease in 193 cases of patients mycoplasma culture positive, positive rate of 53.61%, with solution urea mycoplasma (UU) 141 cases of positive, mycoplasma (MH) 37 cases were positive, UU and MH mixed infection by 15 cases. Mycoplasma antimicrobial susceptibility test results showed: Mycoplasma was sensitive to doxycycline (89.3%) and mincycline (85.2%). Conclusion Cervicitis mycoplasma infection rate rises apparently, the area with UU infection most commonly, doxycycline, minocycline can be the first choice to cure mycoplasma.
