PELANC结合bFGF治疗手部小面积皮肤缺损(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨采用PELANC结合bFGF治疗手部小面积皮肤缺损的效果。 方法 将2010年1月~2011年8月我院收治的52例手部小面积皮肤缺损患者,根据治疗方法的不同随机分为观察组和对照组各26例,观察组26例采用双层人工真皮皮能快愈敷料(PELANC)结合贝复济(bFGF)治疗,对照组仅应用bFGF,术后评估两组手部皮肤存活情况、皮片外观及供皮区愈合情况,随访近、远期手部功能恢复情况。 结果 观察组手部植皮区全部存活皮片,供皮区仅有轻微色素沉淀,外观与功能具佳。观察组术后治疗1个月和术后6个月的优良率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组创面覆盖速度较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义,且观察组的病程短,感染率低,两组上述观察指标分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 PELANC结合bFGF治疗手部小面积皮肤缺损能够兼顾手的功能和美观。

    Clinical application of PELANC combined with bFGF in treatment of small area skin defects of hand

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effects of PELANC and bFGF on treatment of small area skin defects of hand. Methods Retrospective analysis of 52 cases of small area skin defects of hand in hospital, from January 2010 to August 2011, treatment with PELANC and bFGF, postoperative evaluation of the hand skin survival,skin appearance and healing of donor sites, follow-up of short and long term recovery of hand function. Results All hand skin graft survival, donor site with only a slight pigmentation, the appearance and function are satisfactory. Observation group after 1 month of treatment and after 6 months were significantly higher than the fine, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Covering the wound observation group than the control group was significantly faster, the difference was significant, and the observation group with a short course of the infection rate is low, these two indicators were observed, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion PELANC and bFGF can take into account the small area of skin defect of hand functional and aesthetic.
