[摘要] 目的 观察厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病(diabeticnephropathy，DN)的疗效。 方法 72例DN患者随机分为观察组(常规治疗+厄贝沙坦)和对照组(常规治疗)两组各36例，比较两组的疗效及24 h尿蛋白治疗前后的变化情况。 结果 与对照组比较，观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组，P < 0.05。治疗12周后，观察组的24 h尿蛋白为(1.41±0.54) g，对照组24 h尿蛋白为(1.76±0.51) g，均较治疗前明显降低，且观察组较对照组降低更明显，P < 0.05。 结论 厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病疗效确切，无明显不良反应，能明显改善DN患者的肾功能。

    Irbesartan treatment of diabetic nephropathy 36 cases

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of Irbesartan treatment diabetic nephropathy. Methods All of 72 confirmed DN patients were randomly divided into two groups (conventional treatment and irbesartan) and the control group (conventional therapy), each group had 36 patients, and the efficacy and 24h urinary protein changes were compared before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective observation group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. After treatment 12 weeks, 24 h urine protein of observation group was (1.41±0.54) g, the control group was (1.76±0.51) g, were significantly reduced than before treatment, and the observation group were decreased more significantly, the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion Irbesartan is effective treatment methods for diabetic nephropathy, no significant adverse reactions, can significantly improve renal function in patients with DN. ......
