[摘要] 目的 了解医务人员对抗菌药物临床应用管理的认知态度，提高其管理效果。 方法 采取方便抽样法和个别访谈法，调查三家医院的95位医务人员。 结果 医务人员对抗菌素概念、临床应用管理的必要性、《抗菌药物临床应用管理办法》的若干内容及可行性的认知情况存在很大差异。 结论 医务人员必须提高对抗菌药物临床应用管理相关知识的认知水平。
