[摘要] 皮质下动脉硬化性脑病是一种较为常见的小血管性病变。笔者就近年SAE的病理解剖、发病相关危险因素、可干预危险因素、生化指标检测意义、影像学特征及临床诊断和治疗等进展综述如下。

    [Abstract] Subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy (SAE) is a common small vascular disease. The author has reviewed development of this disease in recent years from several aspects, including pathology, risk factors, preventable risk factors, biochemical indicators, imaging characters, diagnosis and therapy.
