[摘要] 目的 评价吉非替尼联合卡培他滨对晚期肝癌的有效性。 方法 晚期肝细胞癌患者服用吉非替尼和卡培他滨，计算患者生存时间。 结果 总有效率为9%，疾病控制率为52%，中位无进展生存期和总生存期分别为2.7和5.9个月。 结论 吉非替尼联合卡培他滨方案晚期肝癌有效。
