[摘要] 目的 总结后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术的临床经验。 方法 收集我院自2009年1月～2011年1月120例肾囊肿患者，采用后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术，并对其临床资料及随访结果进行回顾性分析。 结果 Ⅰ型62例、Ⅱ型42例、Ⅲ型16例予以相应的手术处理，术后3个月复查，5例有少量残腔存留，2例中转开放手术，无输血病例。 结论 后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术疗效确切，对肾囊肿各型均有显著疗效，并在术中个体化处理可提高疗效、降低术后复发率。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical outcome and skills of retroperitoneoscopic unroofing of renal cyst.
