[摘要] 目的 全面了解洞头县境内儿童体内的血铅水平。 方法 取2006年7月～2008年9月洞头县教育幼儿园及门诊体检的1～6岁儿童800人作为调查对象，采用原子荧光光谱法，检测其血铅含量。 结果 洞头县境内儿童体内的血铅水平明显高于全国平均水平，4～6岁组的平均血铅含量及铅中毒检出率明显高于1～3岁组，两者有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 洞头县1～6岁学龄前儿童的血铅含量偏高，且高年龄段儿童的血铅含量及铅中毒人数均高于低年龄组，应引起有关部门重视。

[Abstract] Objective To comprehensively understand Dongtou county children’s blood lead level. Methods Selected from July 2006 to September 2008 Dongtou county kindergarten education and outpatient physical 800 children of 1—6 age as investigation object， using atomic fluorescence spectrometry， detection of blood lead content detection. Results 4—6 years group average blood lead concentration and lead poisoning detection rate was higher than that in the 1—3 years group， there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Dongtou county 1—6 years old preschool children's blood lead content was too high， and high age children 's blood lead levels and lead poisoning were higher than the low number of age groups， should cause concerned branch to take seriously， increase environmental lead management strength， to protect the health of children.

铅(Pb)元素是重金属元素中含有神经毒性的一种，一旦人体体内铅元素含量超标就会对人的健康产生极大的影响[1]。儿童正处于生长发育的关键时期，若体内铅超标就会导致中毒，使钙、锌、铁等的代谢受到影响，从而造成的儿童缺锌、缺钙和血红蛋白的合成障碍等现象。轻者免疫力下降，重者则出现智商水平明显下降，另外还伴随着身体生长缓慢、多动症、视力、听力衰竭、性格变化无常、心律失常和间断性腹痛等中毒现象[2]。目前国际社会各界都对儿童的铅中毒给予了高度的重视，我国政府卫生机构也颁布了《儿童高铅血症和铅中毒预防指南》及《儿童高铅血症和铅中毒分级和处理原则》。本文主要分析洞头县学龄前儿童血铅水平， 现报道如下。
