[摘要] 目的 探讨隐匿性高血压的临床特点。 方法 回顾性分析45例经动态血压证实的隐匿性高血压的临床资料。结果 绝大多数患者无临床症状，有头痛、头晕、乏力临床症状的患者分别为2.22%、4.44%、4.44%；隐匿性高血压患者中吸烟、饮酒、打鼾、肥胖者占所有患者的百分比分别为75.56%、86.67%、91.11%、93.33%；与持续性高血压患者比较，体重指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(GLU)差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。 结论 隐匿性高血压患者无明显临床表现；吸烟、饮酒、打鼾、肥胖者可能为隐匿性高血压的高危患者；隐匿性高血压心血管危险与持续性高血压相似。

Masked hypertension： A clinical analysis of 45 cases

[Abstract] Objective To access the clinical characteristics associated with masked hypertension. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 45 cases with masked hypertension confirmed by ambulatory measurement. Results Of 45 individuals， 2.22% had headaches， 4.44% had dizziness， 4.44% had fatigue， 75.56% were smokers， 86.67% were alcohol drinkers， 91.11% were snorers， and 93.33% were obesity patients. There was no statistically significant difference between the patients of masked hypertension and the patients of sustained hypertension regarding their BMI， WC， BUN， Cr， UA， TC， TG， and GLU (P > 0.05). Conclusion The patients with masked hypertension are usually asymptomatic. The association of masked hypertension with smoking， alcohol consumption， snore and obesity is indicated. The risk of cardiovascular events is similar between masked hypertension and sustained hypertension.
