氟伐他汀联合贝那普利对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血清pro—BNP、CRP水平和心功能的影响(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察氟伐他汀联合贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 84 例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予贝那普利及常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用氟伐他汀，疗程1年。观察心功能(HF)情况、B型脑钠肽前体(pro—BNP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。 结果 1年后，与对照组相比，治疗组HF改善优于对照组(P < 0.05)，血清中pro—BNP、CRP水平下降(P < 0.05)。 结论 氟伐他汀联合贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭效果优于单用贝那普利。

Affection of combined treatment with fluvastatin and benazepril on pro—BNP， CRP level and heart function of chronic congestive heart failure patients

[Abstract] Objective To observe the affection of combined treatment with fluvastatin and benazepri on heart function(HF) and pro—BNP， CRP level of chronic congestive heart failure (CCHF) patients. Methods Eighty—four cases were divided into therapy group and control group. The control group was treated with benazepril and therapy group was treated with fluvastatin based on control group for 1 year as a course. Pro—BNP、CRP level、HF and echocardiography indictors were detected. Results 1 year later，compared with control group，HF in therapy group was improved (P﹤0.05). The level of pro—BNP， CRP in therapy group was lower(P﹤0.05). Conclusion The combination therapy with fluvastatin and benazepri is better than single use of benazepri.

心力衰竭是心内科的常见病和多发病，严重威胁着病人的生活质量和健康，目前的常规治疗方法并不是十分满意，广大科研工作者不断探索新的治疗方法。目前大量研究证明，他汀类药物除了降脂外，还有抗炎、改善心肌重构等作用。2008年1月～2009年5月，在治疗心力衰竭的过程中，我们予40例患者使用贝那普利及常规治疗，而44例患者在上述治疗的基础上加用氟伐他汀，以对比其效果，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选择2008年1月～2009年5月在我院住院治疗的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者84例，EF﹤40%，心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级 ......
