[摘要] 目的 观察八正散治疗泌尿系结石的效果。 方法 选择我院2009年6月～2011年5月门诊治疗的170例泌尿系结石≤1.0 cm的患者，随机分为中医治疗组86例，德国博士强力消石素对照组84例，疗程1～3周。 结果 治疗组86例，近期痊愈64例，占74%，好转16例，占19%，无效6例，占7%，总有效率93%；对照组84例，近期痊愈49例，占58%，好转14例，占17%，无效21例，占25%，总有效率75%。治疗组优于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 八正散加减辨证治疗泌尿系结石有显著疗效。

Observation of clinical curative effects of Bazhengsan addition and subtraction therapy in treatment of 86 patients with urinary tract stones

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effects of Bazhengsan in the treatment of urinary tract stones. Methods 170 patients with urinary tract stones ≤ 1.0 cm treated in the outpatient department of our hospital from June 2009 to May 2011 were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group of 86 patients and the SINLANI control group of 84 patients， with a treatment course of 1—3 weeks. Results Of the 86 patients in the treatment group， 64 recovered recently， accounting for 74%， 16 patients improved， accounting for 19%， and 6 patients did not improve， accounting for 7%，with a total effective rate of 93%. Of the 84 patients in the treatment group，49 recovered recently， accounting for 58%，14 patients improved， accounting for 17%， and 21 patients did not improve， accounting for 25%， with a total effective rate of 75%. The treatment group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Bazhengsan addition and subtraction therapy is significantly effective in the treatment of urinary tract stones ......
