[摘要] 目的 分析县级医院传染病管理工作中存在的问题并提出对策。 方法 利用疫情管理资料，分析本院2008～2011年传染病信息报告情况。 结果 2008～2011年总漏报率为0.39%，传染病报告卡合格率为95.18%，报卡及时率为97.48%；传染病漏报主要发生在门诊，漏报的病种主要为手足口病；迟报主要发生在节假日；卡片质量问题主要是部分项目填写不全。 结论 成立传染病专科门诊；加强各临床科室之间的协作；加强领导、落实责任、经常督查；强化全员培训；调动疫情网报人员节假日工作积极性；建立“传染病疫情报告管理系统”是提高传染病疫情管理质量切实可行的措施。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze problems of managements on infectious diseases among county hospitals and propose solutions. Methods Utilized information on epidemic managements records，and analyzed 1ocal hospital’s infectious diseases data from 2008—2011. Results The annual false reporting rate from 2008—2011 was 0.39%，the rate of qualified reports on infectious diseases was 95.18%，the rate of seasonable reports was 97.48%.False reports generally happen at appointments. False reported diseases were generally HFMD. Reports were often delayed on holidays. The main problem of written reports is that some lists were left blank. Conclusion Establish independent departments for infectious diseases，strengthen the cooperation among different departments，enhance general training，inspire staffs’ working passion on holidays，and establish an “Infectious Disease Reporting and Management System”.
