[摘要] 目的 探讨左旋炔诺酮宫内缓释系统(LNG—IUS)治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血(PDUB)的疗效及不良反应。 方法 将双峰县妇幼保健院收治的124例PDUB患者随机分为观察组(n = 62)与对照组(n = 62)，观察组接受LNG—IUS治疗，对照组接受小剂量米非司酮治疗。 结果 ①治疗前，两组患者子宫内膜厚度相比差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；治疗后，观察组子宫内膜厚度显著低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。②观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。③观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 LNG—IUS治疗PDUB患者具有疗效确切、不良反应发生率低等优点，值得临床应用与推广。

Observation of therapeutic efficacy of levonorgestrel—releasing intrauterine system in the treatment of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

[Abstract] Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding (PDUB) treated with levonorgestrel—releasing intrauterine system(LNG—IUS). Methods 124 patients with PDUB who were admitted into the Maternal and Child Health Institute of Shuangfeng county were divided into observation group(n = 62) and control group(n = 62)， and observation group received LNG—IUS， while control group was given low—dosage mifepristone. Results (1)Before treatment， there were no significantly differences in endometrial thickness between observation group and control group(P > 0.05)； After treatment， the endometrial thickness of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05).
