交叉克氏针与双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 分析比较交叉克氏针组和垂直双钢板组内固定肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的疗效，探讨两种方法的优缺点。 方法 回顾分析自2006年1月～2010年12月接受交叉克氏针内固定或双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折65例，两组患者均获1年以上的随访，其中交叉克氏针组(A组)39例，垂直双钢板组(B组)26例，比较两种方法在手术时间、术后石膏托外固定时间、肘关节功能恢复时间、术后骨折愈合时间等方面的指标。 结果 随访12～24个月，两组手术时间、石膏托外固定时间、肘关节功能恢复时间、骨折愈合时间有统计学差异(P < 0.05)。疗效采用改良Cassebaum评分，A组优良率为82%，B组优良率为92%。结论 两种方法均是治疗肱骨髁间骨折的有效方法，各有优缺点，双钢板内固定方式牢固可靠，在提早进行功能锻炼方面有明显优势，值得进一步推广。

[Abstract] Objective The analysis and comparison of cross Kirschner wire group and the group of vertical double steel plate fixed humerus comminuted fracture，and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of two methods. Methods Retrospective analysis of 65 cases from January 2006 to December 2010，cross Kirschner fixed or double plate internal fixation of humeral condylar comminuted fracture of the two groups were more than one year follow—up，including cross Kirschner 39 cases，double—plate group 26 cases，and compared two methods in the operation time，Elbow function recovery time，postoperative plaster external fixation time to fracture healing time and excellent rates of indicators. Results Followed up for 12—24 months， two groups in operative time，postoperative external fixation time， elbow function recovery time，fracture healing time was statistically significant，efficacy used modified Cassebaum score：group A：excellent rate was 82% ......
