[摘要] 药品采购模式是医院乃至全社会都比较关注的问题，如何实现药品采购的阳光操作是医务工作者一直探讨的课题。我院实施的药品采购集中配送模式为这一课题拓展了一条思路。实践证明，药品采购集中配送保障了药品供应，保证了药品质量，值得推广。

    The practice and experience of implementing the centralized distribution model in the hospital drug procurement

    [Abstract] Drug procurement model is more concerned by hospital and the whole society. The sunshine operation of how to achieve a drug purchase have been exploring by medical workers. A idea was explored to implement centralized distribution of drug procurement in our hospital. The practice has proved that the centralized distribution of drug procurement ensured drugs supply and the quality. The experience was worthy of promotion.
