[摘要] 目的 探讨病毒性肝炎患者血小板和凝血功能变化的临床意义。 方法 将183例病毒性肝炎患者根据病情分为急性肝炎组、慢性肝炎组、重型肝炎组及肝硬化组，同时选取健康体检人员60例作为对照组。检测所有患者的血小板和凝血功能变化情况。 结果 各类型病毒性肝炎患者凝血功能检测结果显示，随着病情的加重，PT、APTT显著延长，Fbg浓度显著降低；各类型病毒性肝炎患者血小板检测结果显示，随着病情的加重，PLT和PCT显著降低，MPC、PDW显著升高。 结论 血小板参数和凝血功能的检测对病毒性肝炎的诊治提供了一定依据，有利于临床对症治疗。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical significance of detection of platelet parameters and coagulation function markers in hepatitis patients. Methods All 183 patients were divided into acute hepatitis group， chronic hepatitis group ， serious hepatitis group and hepatocirrhosis group in accordance with patient’s condition. 60 cases healthy examination as the control group. The changes of platelet parameters and coagulation function markers were detected. Results The results of coagulation function markers showed that PT and APTT were prolonged remarkably and the concentration of Fbg was reduced as the illness grew worse.
