[摘要] 目的 探讨HBeAg阳性和阴性慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HBV DNA定量与肝组织炎症的相关性。 方法 150例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为HBeAg阳性 83例，HBeAg阴性 67例，对比分析两组血清HBV DNA定量与肝组织炎症分级。 结果 HBeAg阳性组年龄、病程均显著小于HBeAg阴性组(P < 0.05)，HBeAg阳性组血清ALT水平及HBV DNA定量显著高于HBeAg阴性组(P < 0.05)。HBeAg阳性CHB患者不同炎症分级血清HBV DNA定量范围及平均值之间差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)，但经无相关性(P > 0.05)，HBeAg阴性CHB患者血清HBV DNA定量与肝组织炎症分级之间呈正相关(P < 0.05)。 结论 HBeAg阳性和阴性慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HBV DNA定量与肝组织炎症特点存在差异，血清HBV DNA定量有助判断HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎病变程度。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation between HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B patients with serum HBV DNA and liver tissue inflammation. Methods A total of 150 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into 83 cases of HBeAg-positive and 67 cases of HBeAg-negative，to comparatively analyze the serum levels of HBV DNA and liver inflammation classification of two groups. Results The age of the HBeAg-positive group， the course of the disease are significantly smaller than the HBeAg-negative group (P < 0.05)， HBeAg-positive serum ALT levels and HBV DNA is significantly higher than HBeAg-negative group (P < 0.05).
