α—硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察和分析α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效以及安全性。 方法 将2009年1 月～2012年1月我院确诊的60例糖尿病周围神经病变作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，两组患者在控制饮食、运动锻炼的基础上应用口服降糖药或者胰岛素控制血糖。治疗组在上述基础上予α-硫辛酸250 mL静脉滴注，每日3次，2周为一疗程。甲钴胺1 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液10 mL中静脉滴注，每日3次，2周为一疗程。比较两组的疗效以及治疗前后神经传导速度的变化。 结果 观察组治疗后无效3例，总有效率90.0%(27/30)，对照组无效9例，总有效率为70.0%(21/30)，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两组治疗后神经传导速度均较治疗前明显提高，且观察组较对照组改善更明显(P < 0.05)。 结论 α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著，能明显改善患者的临床表现，增加神经传导速度，安全性好，值得推广和应用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe and analysis the efficacy， and security of α-lipoic acid Methylcobalamin treatment diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy diagnosed in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 as the study object， and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group 30 cases respectly， two groups patients were given the control diet， exercise application and oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin to control blood sugar.
