[摘要] 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗缓慢性心律失常的疗效。 方法 将96例缓慢性心律失常患者随机分为对照组与治疗组，各48例，对照组采用西药治疗法，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药自拟方结合治疗，3个疗程后观察患者的主要症状和体征、普通心电图、24 h动态心电图、肝、肾功能及血、尿、粪常规，并同时记录用药期间的不良反应。结果 治疗组总有效率为89.6%，高于对照组的66.7%，差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.375 2，P < 0.01)；两组患者治疗前后肝、肾功能检查及血、尿、粪常规均未见异常，且没有发生不良反应。 结论 对缓慢性心律失常患者采用中西医结合治疗能优势互补、标本兼治，协同改善心肌细胞代谢紊乱，调整心肌起搏传导系统功能，调节心脏自主神经，改善心肌供血，显著提高心率，改善临床症状。

Clinical observation of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the curative effect of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia. Methods A total of 96 patients with bradyarrhythmia were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group， with 48 cases in each group. The control group received the treatment of western medicine， while the treatment group received the integrated treatment of western medicine and self-developed prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine. After 3 courses，we observed cardinal symptoms and signs， general electrocardiogram， 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram， liver and kidney function and blood， urine and stool routine of patients and meanwhile recorded the adverse reactions during the medication.
