本研究治疗组12例患者均获得有效治疗，有效率100%，完全有效率91.67%。对照组有效率虽达90.91%，完全有效却只有3例，完全有效率27.27%。治疗组完全有效率显著高于对照组，且副作用小，美容效果好，与文献报道基本一致[9，10]。目前，在欧美日等发达国家里，诸多医院已把PDT作为常规治疗手段，国外一些权威的皮肤癌治疗指南也已将PDT列为皮肤癌的标准治疗手段之一[11]。ALA-PDT作为一种简单有效、耐受性好、兼顾美容且无严重副作用的新疗法，在皮肤肿瘤及癌前病变的治疗方面前景广阔。
