另外，本研究结果显示的不同方案在疗效和副反应发生方面的特点，A组为天然雌激素，用药后体内雌二醇水平增加，易于实验室监测，且有研究[16，17]证实戊酸雌二醇片1 mg/d+安宫黄体酮2 mg/d为较好的配伍方案。B组为人工合成激素，副反应少，适用于血脂(尤其是甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白)升高者，有助于临床上治疗绝经后妇女的个体化的选择。
总之，两种临床常用的HT方案改善绝经症状的疗效相似，治疗效果好，副发应发生程度较轻。因此，临床应用中应该根据绝经妇女的具体情况选择有针对性地个体化治疗方案。
