[摘要] 目的 观察关节松动术治疗肩周炎的疗效及对肩周炎功能恢复的影响。 方法 对我院2013年3月～2014年6月收治的肩周炎患者进行抽样，选取80例患者随机分成两组，对照组予以电针及功能锻炼疗法，实验组在对照组治疗基础上施以关节松动术，观察两组临床治疗效果。 结果 实验组总有效率(92.50%)显著高于对照组(77.50%)，差异有统计学意义，且肩关节功能评分[(78.87±20.64)分]显著高于对照组[(62.53±18.76)分]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 关节松动术治疗肩周炎临床疗效确切，可促进肩周炎功能早期恢复。
